Sports: Unstoppable, LLC (“Sports: Unstoppable, LLC,” “we,” us,” or “our”) has developed online services, including Wrestler: Unstoppable, (the “Services”) that are made available through various websites (each a “Site”) and applications (each, an “Application”) operated and provided by and on behalf of Sports: Unstoppable, LLC (the Service, together with each such Site and Application, the “Platform”). We provide users of the Platform (“Users”) with the ability to provide, manipulate and share content, as well as additional services described on the Platform. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) discloses our information privacy practices for the Platform, including all Services available through the Platform. This Policy is part of, and subject to, the terms of service that govern your access to, and use of, the Platform (the “Terms of Service”).

Ownership and Use
Except as set forth in the Terms of Service, as between you and us, we are the owner of the information collected on the Platform and through the Services. We will not sell, share, transfer, or use this information other than as stated in this Policy.

Collection and Use of Basic Information
“Basic Information” means information that identifies (whether directly or indirectly) a particular User, such as the User’s name, postal address, email address and telephone number. We only collect and share Basic Information regarding Users of the Platform as described in this Policy. Except as noted in this Policy, Basic Information collected through the Platform is NOT shared with third parties without your consent. We may collect Basic Information from you through a number of voluntary sources on the Platform, such as responses, registrations, surveys, reviews, comments, confirmations, emails, postings, messages or other electronisubmissions and communications sent by you through the Platform. The Basic Information we collect from you may include, without limitation: 

· E-mail address;

· Username and account ID for Facebook® or any other third party website or platform accessible through the Platform or which is used to access the Platform;

· Profile information, your friends list provided by Facebook® or any other third party website or platform accessible through the Platform;

· User-specific and aggregate information on areas of the Platform accessed and used; and

· Other information you volunteer through the Platform, such as information provided through responses, registrations, surveys, reviews, comments, emails, postings, messages or other electronic submissions and communications sent by you to us or the Platform.

 

You should not provide Sports: Unstoppable, LLC with any Basic Information (or submit or post anBasic Information to the Platform or in response to any communication through the Platform) unless you would like that information to be used by Sports: Unstoppable, LLC in accordance with this Policy.

We cannot be responsible for any information you choose to provide to other Users, whether via the Platform or otherwise. Please use normal care and caution when sharing information about yourself with people you do not know.

The Basic Information that we collect from Users of the Platform (both registered and unregistered) may be used for a variety of purposes, including without limitation:

· Providing the Services, including any in-game purchases you make;

· Customizing and improving content displayed on the Platform;

· Customizing the layout of the Platform;

· Notifying Users about updates to and activities on the Platform and about goods and services that we feel may be of interest;

· Providing you with advertising based on your activity on the Platform and on third-party websites and applications;

· Analyzing data and patterns regarding usage of the Platform;

· Sending invitations on your behalf to your Facebook® friends to invite them to become Users where you have asked us to so; 

· Contacting Users for information verification purposes; and

· Detecting, investigating and preventing activities that may violate our policies or be illegal.

 

We may also share certain Basic Information we collect through the Platform with:

· selected third party companieso that they may offer products and services to Users by delivering advertising that we believe will be of interest to those Users; and

· third-party websites or platforms, such as Facebook® and other social networking websites.

 

Collection and Use of Aggregate Information
“Aggregate Information” means information about groups or categories of Users which does not identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual User. Where possible, our servers automatically recognize and collect certain Aggregate Information regarding Users and other visitors to the Platform, including without limitation, IP address, browser type, and other information regarding the system and connection of each visitor or User. We also collect Aggregate Information about how Users access and use the Platform, including without limitation, what portions of the Platform are used and accessed. This information allows us to improve the Platform, facilitate research and analysis of the Platform, and develop and refine the Platform. Sometimes, we utilize the services of a third party to help us understand this information better, although the information that is disclosed to these entities remains at all times in anonymous and non-personallidentifiable form. 

Facebook® and Other Third Party Websites and Platforms
The Platform may enable Users to interact with Facebook® and other third party websites and platforms. For example, the Platform may include a Facebook® application and enable Users to submit Basic Information (and other Aggregate Information and content) from and to Facebook®. In addition, other aspects of the Platform may also enable Users to interact with other third party websites and platforms and may enable Users to submit Basic Information (and other Aggregate Information) from and to those third party websites and platforms. The third party websites and platforms may include, without limitation, websites and platforms operated by customers, advertisers, or affiliates of ours or by other third-parties. 

You may be asked to provide Basic Information (or other Aggregate Information) to Facebook® or other third parties through these other websites or through the Platform (for example when you click on a link available through the Platform to one of these other websites or when you provide information through the Platform). Facebook® and these other third parties maintain their own data collection and use policies and practices. This Policy covers only the data collection and usage policies and practices applicable to the Platform and does not extend to Facebook® or any of these other third parties.

When you register for certain portions of the Platform, you will be asked to consent to the disclosure of certain of your Facebook® information to us, which in turn will be used and shared in accordance with this Policy. If you do not want us to collect, use and share that information, you should not register for those portions of the Platform. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of Facebook® or any other third parties. You should review these other applicable third party privacy policies before providing them with any Basic Information.

How We Share Information Collected through the Platform

We will not sell, share, disclose or rent your Basic Information to third parties, without your permission, except as expressly disclosed in this Policy. 

Third Party Service Providers

In addition to the specific third parties noted in this Policy, we may also contract with other third parties to provide various services to us relating to the Platform on an outsourced basis rather than performing the services ourselves. For example, we may contract with a website hosting provider to host all or a portion of the Platform, a third party provider to collect and analyze Platform usage information, and a third party provider to provide certain portions of the content manipulation services. By visiting the Platform, you consent to our use of these third party providers to collect both Basic Information and Aggregate Information from you as part of the services that these third parties provide to us. You also consent to our providing your Basic Information and Aggregate Information to these third party providers for the purpose of enabling the providers to provide their services to us. In each case, your Basic Information and Aggregate Information will be used by our third party service providers on our behalf under the terms of this Policy, and you consent to the maintenance, processing, and use of your Basic Information and Aggregate Information by us and these third party providers as described in this Policy. 

Disclosure as Required by Law

Though we make every reasonable effort to preserve User privacy, we may need to disclose  Basic Information of certain Users when we have a reasonable and good-faith belief that the disclosure is necessary to enforce the Terms of Service, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process, or to otherwise enforce or protect our rights under applicable law, including, without limitation, our intellectual property rights or to ensure the safety and security of other Users or third parties. In this situation we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of this disclosure to all affected Users, to the extent reasonably possible under the circumstances.

Change of Control

We may share Basic Information and Aggregate Information with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Sports: Unstoppable, LLC. If we elect, in our sole discretion, to transfer ownership or control of all or a portion of the Platform to a third party, whether or not in the context of an acquisition, merger, or reorganization, you consent to the transfer of your Basic Information and Aggregate Information by us to that third party, provided that all use of your information by that third party remains subject to the terms of this Policy. 

Enhancement of Basic Information We may combine and enhance our User database information with third party data and information to offer products and services to users of our Platform that we believe will be of interest to those Users.

Service Announcements and Customer Service
On occasion it is necessary to send out service related announcements. For instance, if access to, or use of, any portion of the Platform is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send Users an email. In addition, we may communicate with you to provide customer service in accordance with the Terms of Service. Generally, you may not optout of these communications, but you can deactivate your account if you wish to stop receiving these messages. These communications are not promotional in nature.

Special Offers and Updates
Established Users may occasionally also receive information on products, services and special deals, and periodinewsletters. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the “Choice and Opt-out” section below.

Data Storage – Users Outside the U.S.

We store Users’ information on servers in the United States which has data protection laws which may be less stringent than those of the country where you are located. Our third party service providers may also store your personal data in the United States. By using the Platform, you are consenting to the transfer to and storage of your Basic Information in the United States for the purposes described in this Policy. 

Your California Privacy Rights
California law permits California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Basic Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. At this time, we do not share Basic Information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes so this requirement does not apply to us. 

In addition, under California law, website operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms that provide Users with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Basic Information of a User over time and across third party websites and apps, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customers’ Basic Information over time and across third-party websites and apps. This law also requires website and app operators to disclose whether third parties may collect Basic Information about their users' online activities over time and across different websites and apps when the users use the operator's website or app. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect Basic Information about an individual User’s online activities over time and across different websites and apps when a User uses our Platform. 

Choice and Opt-out
We provide you with a choice whether to receive certain emails and other communications through the Platform. We also provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your Basic Information used for certain purposes. If you are a User and you no longer wish to receive emails or other communications from us or have your email address shared with third parties, you may opt-out of receiving email or other communications from us.

Personal Data Removal

To request your complete personal data deletion you can contact us at [email protected] or by writing to us at the address provided in the "Contact Information" section bellow. Once contacted we will work with you to remove your data from our system within 30 days after confirmation of identity.

Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 13 years of age. Sports: Unstoppable, LLC does not knowingly solicit or collect Basic Information from children under 13 years of age. By using the Platform, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old or that you are at least 13 years old and have parental permission.

Cookies and OAuth and Facebook® Tokens
“Cookies” include commonly used pieces of information in the form of small files that are stored on an individual’s computer hard drive or mobile device to enable the individual to more easily communicate and interact with the Platform. 

OAuth and Facebook® tokens enable us to authenticate your device and accounts on third-party platforms. We may use cookies and OAuth and Facebook® tokens as session identifiers associated with a User or device for various purposes, including, but not limited to:

· Saving your preferences;

· Customizing content of the Platform for you

· Recording session information;

· Saving certain information about you or content that you have provided to the Platform; 

· Facilitating and enhancing your interaction with the Platform;

· Monitoring and evaluating the use and operation of the Platform; and

· Analyzing traffic on the Platform.

 

We do not use cookies to retrieve information from a computer or device that is unrelated to Sports: Unstoppable, LLC or the Platform.

 

A cookie or OAuth or Facebook® token does not collect or keep your name or other Basic Informationhowever, we may link the information obtained through cookies or OAuth or Facebook® token to other  Basic Information to give us a better understanding of your preferences, so that we can provide a more meaningful experience to you on the Platform.

 

Please note that third parties (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) also use cookies, over which we have no control. These cookies are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies.

 

Most browsers and devices will allow you to erase cookies, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to your browser or device instructions or help screen to learn more about these functions. Please note that blocking or erasing cookies may affect the performance and functioning of the Platform.

If you use the Platform you specifically consent to our use of cookies and OAuth and Facebook Tokens described above.  

Third Party Websites

The Platform may contain links to websites or content operated and maintained by third parties. We do not control those websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our practices. If you click on a link or an advertisement, the privacy policy of the website to which you link will govern the collection and use of your information by that website’s operator(s). You access such third-party websites or content at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a third-party website before disclosing any information to the website.

Access, Review, Update
Users of the Platform should utilize the Platform or email us at info@sportsunstoppable.com to review transactional information, contact information and communications that the User has provided to us. In addition, through the Platform or by emailing or writing to us, Users can delete, deactivate, update or change any personal contact information that wapreviously provided to or collected by us.

Notification of Changes
We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time. If we decide to change this Policy, we will either notify Users by way of an e-mail or post material changes on the Platform so Users are kept informed about what information we collect, how we use it, and if we disclose it. Your continued use of the Platform after we have posted notice of such changes for your review means you accept those changes. If you do not agree with changes to this Policy, you should no longer use the Platform and request that your information is deleted by e-mailing us at info@sportsunstoppable.com.

Security
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of your Basic Information. These steps will, at a minimum, include using reasonable industry standard security measures on the Platform to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our employees and contractors are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
